1. Cancellation Policy
AI WarRoom™ operates on a month-to-month, zero-commitment basis. You may cancel your subscription at any moment directly from your Command Center billing portal. No questions asked.
- Cancel at any time through your dashboard — no approval process required
- No long-term contracts or cancellation fees
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You retain full operational access until the conclusion of your paid period
2. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate allocation of high-compute GPU resources and private AI fine-tuning costs incurred at the start of each billing cycle, all payments are non-refundable.
- All subscription payments are final and non-refundable
- This applies to all plan tiers: Tactical WarRoom and Enterprise Command
- Partial-period refunds are not provided upon cancellation
- You will maintain full access until the end of your paid period
3. GPU Resource Allocation
AI WarRoom™ provisions dedicated GPU compute resources, surveillance crawlers, and automated AI engines the moment your billing cycle begins. These resources include:
- High-performance GPU clusters for Video Factory rendering
- Competitor surveillance crawlers running on your behalf
- Private AI fine-tuning and model training sessions
- Real-time Opportunity Radar™ monitoring infrastructure
Because these resources are allocated immediately and cannot be reclaimed, refunds are not possible once the billing cycle has begun.
4. What Happens After Cancellation
Upon cancellation of your subscription:
- You retain full access to all features until the end of your current billing period
- All surveillance crawlers and automated engines will be deactivated at the conclusion of the paid period
- Your strategic data and reports will remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation for export purposes
- After the 30-day grace period, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted

If you have any concerns regarding billing, you may:

- Reach out via the Command Center billing portal
We are committed to resolving all billing matters fairly and promptly.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
